We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return an item to us for exchange or refund. We do everything we can to make this as painless as possible. We simply ask that you clearly document your purchase and your reason for return (it helps us to respond to your request more efficiently). • Returned parts must be unused and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
• We reserve the right not to accept returns for refund after 30 days; instead you will receive a store credit for your purchase. After 60 days returns will not be accepted.
We will issue you a return authorisation number that needs to be marked on the outside and inside of the package being returned. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned package.
