We strive to make sure all shipments are packed well and travel in good hands. We ship all orders via TNT Road or Overnight Express and Australia Post (Depending on your location) Monday to Friday and are covered for loss or damages. Typically, orders we receive before midday ship the same day, depending if we have the products in-stock or not.

Please be aware a signature on delivery may be required, in particular for higher cost shipments. Also, certain products like oils and fluids are unable to travel by air and will be shipped via ground. In this case please allow extra time for you order to arrive.

Inventory and Back Orders:

We are continually improving our stock control and supplier management to have sufficient inventory kept at our premises. Inevitably, from time-to-time there may be a delay fulfilling an order due to any unanticipated demand for a particular item. If an item is not available for shipment at the time you order we will inform you that business day. You will have the option to keep your order open until the back ordered item is ready to ship, or you may cancel your order.
