    A.We sure do! We stand behind everything we sell with our own 12 months warranty for manufacturing defects or fault.
  • Q. Can I send my order to a Post Office Box?
    A. Of course! Orders to a P.O. Boxes will be sent via Australia Post.
  • Q. Oops, I ordered the wrong part. What now?
    A. Not a problem, it happens! Simply visit our Returns page here to find out the best way to get that sorted.
  • Q. I live in the middle of nowhere. How much will shipping cost?
    A. We have an automatic shipping calculator on the website, that will provide the best rates for getting your order to you quickly.
  • Q. I need a part, like, yesterday. How quickly can you get it to me?
    A. We can offer a well priced and trackable service for next-day delivery Australia-wide. If you live within the greater Melbourne area we also can arrange a same-day service. Please contact us with your address and the parts you need for a quote.
  • Q. I can't find the part I am looking for. What gives?
    A. Contact us and we'll see if we can help! We are always in the process of growing our catalogue, and we can sometimes source parts for customers that aren’t shown on the website.
  • Q. Do you send internationally?
    A. We can offer shipping to almost any country in our local Oceania region. Contact us with your address and the parts you need for a shipping quote.

Better Shipping

We choose to ship with Australia Post and Startrack Express. For our customers in Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, South Australia, and south-east Queensland, we offer a $10 shipping fee for standard road service. If you’re located outside of these areas, the store will automatically calculate the shipping fee for you based on your order and location. We also offer express shipping options across Australia, which are calculated for you at checkout based on your order and location. Whether you need it to go to a residential address, a PO box, or to your work, we have the connections to get it there when you need it.
