Description
Over time, your radiator can have its core damaged by stones and bugs, reducing the efficiency of the cooling system and causing leaks. Due to the high temperatures and pressures that the system endures, the plastic tanks and fittings on your radiator can also become quite brittle and crack, putting your engine at risk of overheating. Radiators should be replaced every few years as part of a good preventative maintenance schedule. Manufactured by original equipment supplier NRF. Includes both manual and automatic transmission adjustment screws.
Please be aware that due to the fragility of radiators, there is often minor fin damage that occurs during the manufacturing process. In most cases, bent fins are unavoidable and will not affect the performance of the radiator. If you have any concerns with your replacement radiator, we encourage you to get in contact with us.
Helpful Tips
Make sure you have plenty of coolant on hand before starting the job. The cooling system for the E46 3 Series needs 6L for the four cylinder motors, and 8.4L for the six cylinder motors.

Once I placed the order for the radiator, I received it the next day along with the other parts which I ordered. The radiator was in excellent condition, and didn't have a single fin bent!
Although it wasn't expected, the different size drain ports were supplied with the radiator to suit whether you have a manual or automatic transmission.
