Our Christmas & New Year Schedule — 2025 / 26 *New*
The holiday season is nearly here, and we’d like to keep you updated on our shipping and support schedule over the Christmas break.
Our priority — as always — is to have your order delivered promptly. Here’s how things will run this year:
Order Fulfilment Before Christmas
We’ll be fulfilling and dispatching orders as usual until close of business on Wednesday, the 24th of December.
Back to Normal in the New Year
Order fulfilment and email support will resume as normal from Monday, the 5th of January 2026.
Phone support will restart on Monday, the 12th of January, allowing us to maintain fast email response times and keep orders moving efficiently.
Place Your Orders Early
Our online store stays open 24/7, and any item listed as in stock is already on the shelf in our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed during the break are reserved immediately and will be dispatched as soon as we’re back. Placing your order early is the best way to ensure fast processing and the quickest delivery once we return.
Support During the Break
While phones won’t be monitored during the holiday period, we’ll continue responding to emails where possible. Response times may be slower than usual, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.
A Note on Black Friday & Seasonal Promotions
Every year, we receive questions about Black Friday, Boxing Day, and other seasonal sales. While we understand the excitement around these events — and we’d genuinely love to offer something extra to show our appreciation — our focus has always been on providing the best prices we can all year round.
Clickable Automotive is built on quality parts, prompt delivery, and fair pricing every day — not just for a few days in November or December. We hold our stock directly, curate a high-quality range, and work hard to ensure everyone gets great value all year. Running one-off discount events would mean raising prices at other times just to ‘mark them down’, and that’s not an approach we believe in.
This means:
- We're not able to offer further Black Friday discounts.
- We don’t offer seasonal sales or short-term promotions
- The price you see is always the best price we can offer.
We know this isn’t the usual retail approach, but it allows us to stay focused on quality, consistency, and fair pricing for everyone. If there were a realistic way to offer the same quality parts for less, we would — it’s something we’re committed to every day.
