Most questions are easiest to start by email. It gives us the opportunity to understand your vehicle, look up your VIN if needed, and prepare before we speak, so the call starts with answers rather than questions.

When will something be back in stock?
We’re always working to get things back in as quickly as we can. The upside of what shows as out of stock is that it’s accurate — when we say something’s in stock it’s on our shelf in Melbourne, and when it isn’t, we say so rather than taking your order and hoping.
Please send us the part you’re after or the repair you’re doing, and we’ll confirm what’s possible and when.
Can you source parts you don’t list?
Often, yes. Please reach out to us with the parts you’re after or the repair you’re doing, and we’ll let you know what we can do to help. We stock common mechanical maintenance and service parts — we can’t help with body panels, interior trim or used parts.
How quickly can I get it delivered?
Order before 1pm Mon–Fri and it’s dispatched the same day from our Melbourne warehouse. Most metropolitan orders arrive next business day with Express. Enter your postcode on any product page for an estimate before you order.

Our Melbourne warehouse is designed around picking, packing and dispatching orders — not serving a front counter. By focusing on fast, reliable fulfilment, we can offer a larger range, competitive pricing and same-day dispatch Australia-wide.
