For customers within capital cities and metropolitan areas, standard road service is $10 on anything up-to 12kg. Weight is calculated on either volumetric weight (the space the items occupy) or physical weight - whichever is greater. For orders over 12kg, the extra cost will be calculated automatically during checkout at heavily subsidised rates. For customers in more remote or country areas, the best price to your location will be automatically calculated based on size, weight, and location, at subsidised rates, starting from $10. Whether you nominate a residential address, business address, or PO box, we’ll organise delivery through either Australia Post or CouriersPlease road services to get it to you safely and efficiently.
We also offer the option of upgrading your order to express shipping at checkout, with the best express delivery rate being calculated based on your shopping cart and location. Express services are generally around 1-2 days to most capital cities, and around 2-3 days to Perth, Darwin, and country areas. We ship all express orders with Australia Post Express, and although this service is generally very reliable, delivery timeframes can sometimes vary and we’re unable to refund express shipping fees if deliveries are delayed. Please note that we cannot send aerosols with express services.
If you’re located in the greater metropolitan Melbourne area, we can organise same-day delivery to you with StarTrack Express couriers. Just let us know before 10am, and we’ll provide an individual quote based on your order and delivery address. Same-day services are generally delivered from mid-afternoon onwards. Times will vary with busy periods, courier availability, and location.
For all of our customers residing outside of Australia, please email us with your address, the VIN of the car, and the parts you require prior to placing your order, and we will calculate a shipping quote for you. We have a special arrangement that allows us to provide our New Zealand customers with quick and well priced delivery options, and we’re also able to cater for customers throughout the Oceania region.
Occasionally we’ll split an order across two or three parcels due to the size and weight of some products, but we’ll only charge you a single delivery fee for each order placed. All orders require a signature upon delivery, but for items sent with Australia Post, your parcel can be collected from your local Post Office if you’re not home to sign for it. Everything we send is packed securely in corrugated shipping boxes, with packing paper added to help reduce the chances of any damage during transit, and all parcels are fully tracked and insured for loss or damage. And although it’s not always possible, we do our best to despatch all orders on the same day, if received before 1pm (AEDT) on weekdays.
Most of the time parcels will be delivered without any issue. Every once in awhile though, delays in transit can arise. In the majority of cases, the problem will be resolved quickly and without any interference. However, if you believe there may be an issue with an order, please get in touch with us in the first instance so we can investigate on your behalf.
