Returns
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item to us for an exchange or refund, and we’ll do everything we can to make this as painless as possible for you.
If you are wanting to return an item, please contact our team during normal business hours by emailing hello@clickableautomotive.com.au with the purchase date and reason for return, and we may issue you with an authorisation number. This will help us process your request more efficiently.
Please note that we reserve the right to not accept returns after 30 days from purchase, and after 90 days, returns will not be accepted.
For us to process a refund or exchange, we ask the following:

That the parts are clean and unused, and must be in their original packaging (which also needs to be clean and undamaged)

Additionally, the items must be securely packed within a corrugated shipping box, with packing paper (or newspaper) to help ensure everything is protected and cannot move around during transit

Every reasonable effort must be made to reduce the chances of the parts being damaged on their journey back to us

Please include your name within the box for quicker processing

Send the package to 33 Essex Street, Pascoe Vale, Victoria 3044 with insurance and tracking

Please note that local drop-off is not available
