DESCRIPTION

This connector fits into the side of the water pump, but due to being made out of rubber, over time these coolant flanges can deteriorate and create leaks. Replace yours with this BMW Genuine part. 

HELPFUL TIPS

Make sure you have enough coolant on hand to top-up the system when the job is done.

Review

When installing a water pump you should use the BMW flange gasket. I have used other after market flanges that all leaked. As previous reviewer stated. Certain parts, you should use Original only.

High Quality OEM Flange!

Very good high quality coolant flange, often an overlooked part when replacing the water pump as people will reuse whatever is already there but forget that with a lot of brands their tolerances are different and so a new pump with an old flange can be a recipe for leaks and doing the job twice (ask me how I know haha). As for delivery, I ordered this yesterday and it's already at my house, remarkable. Ordered the Hepu pump also and the flange seals up nice and tight, can already tell there will be no leaks with this one!
