DESCRIPTION

*Please note: ZF is currently supplying these power steering reservoirs with a cap that incorrectly recommends CHF11 fluid. Unfortunately, this is not something we’re able to correct at present. The reservoir itself is correct and identical to BMW Genuine (with the logo removed). We recommend transferring the new sealing o-ring from the supplied cap onto your original cap and reusing your existing cap to ensure the correct fluid specification is clearly marked. Thanks for your understanding.

Is your power steering reservoir cracked or leaking? A common issue on many BMWs, often the plastic can degrade over time due to the under bonnet temperatures, leading to a loss of fluid and running the power steering steering pump dry.

HELPFUL TIPS
If your original BMW power steering reservoir cap specifies ATF oil, we recommend using Motul ATF-1A. If it specifies CHF 11S only, then use Motul's Multi HF. Both of these synthetic fluids are found at the bottom of this page.
