DESCRIPTION
This belt tensioner and pulley assembly keeps the main drive belt tight, helping to keep the water pump and alternator functioning correctly. A faulty tensioner or pulley can result in a catastrophic failure of the motor and its electrical system. This replacement assembly has been manufactured by INA, an original equipment supplier to BMW, and repackaged by IPD Germany.
HELPFUL TIPS
It's a good idea to replace the main drive belt when replacing the tensioner assembly.
