Camshaft Position Sensor

I noticed an immediate improvement in the way my car drove after installing this sensor. It became much more responsive to throttle input, I was able to accelerate with just big toe pressure rather than having to stomp the pedal. The previous owner had installed a cheaper brand that had been throwing error codes, so this sensor obviously brought me back to the way the car is supposed to feel.

I’ve tried several different branded camshaft sensors and all failed to work immediately or after 2-4 weeks, fortunately I was refunded for all the failed sensors I tried.
The Hella camshaft sensor will fail initially at the beginning but after clearing fault code and driving, sensor adapts and works ok without triggering fault code.
Unfortunately my first Hella sensor I fitted to my car failed completely after 18 months, I recently purchased and fitted my second Hella sensor, after starting and running engine fault code is triggered, cleared fault code and I have now been driving my car for about 3 weeks and sensor is ok.
As there are no more genuine cam sensors available, I have found the Hella Camshaft sensor the most reliable and as long as they work, I will be happy to replace them after 18 months.
The Hella cam shaft sensor is worth purchasing and good value because it works.
