Rubber o-rings can degrade and fail over time, causing a loss of fuel pressure to the engine. It can also result in dangerous fuel leaks. We recommend replacing your o-ring whenever replacing your sender unit on the left-hand side of the tank. This is a BMW Genuine gasket.
