DESCRIPTION

This hose connects the coolant expansion tank to the heater core. In your car’s cooling system, the radiator hoses are one of the first parts to degrade and become brittle, crack, split or swell — this can leave you stranded and your car at risk of overheating. Preventative maintenance is a must. 

HELPFUL TIPS

Make sure you have enough coolant on hand prior to starting the job.

Super fast delivery, very glad to see the switch to the reliable Direct Freight as always have a good experience with them and got let down badly by AusPost Express with Click before.

Only slight issue - the top tab on the heater core side was wider and longer than the original I replaced, requiring about 2mm to be filed off its length and about 1mm off its width. Fit well after doing that, but clumsily cracked my parking bulb connector trying to force the cable in before I realised it was never going to go in unmodified.

Very good quality item at a good price - well-packaged with good delivery time. At these prices, it makes sense to replace all of the cooling system hoses and pipes fitted to these older cars.
