DESCRIPTION

This hose connects from the bottom of the radiator to the thermostat. A leak in the cooling system can be particularly troublesome for your E39, which is why we recommend periodic replacement. Over time, rubber hoses can become hard, with the internal walls covered in sediment and the plastic fittings turning brittle or the internal o-rings simply leaking. A must replace hose for any 5-Series owner looking to preventive maintenance or restore their cooling system. We've found these Febi hoses to be great quality. Manufactured by an original equipment supplier.

Make sure you have enough coolant on hand before starting the job.
