DESCRIPTION

The in-tank fuel pump delivers fuel to the engine, but can be prone to malfunction or failure. Unlike most other types of fuel pumps, the E46 fuel pump is a complete assembly that is built into the housing, and comes complete with the right-hand side fuel level sensor. This brand-new, high-quality unit is a direct replacement and requires no wiring. Manufactured by VDO, an original supplier of fuel pumps to BMW. Made in Germany.

HELPFUL TIPS

We recommend replacing the fuel pump gasket and fuel filter when changing the pump.

After 23 years of trouble free operation, my fuel pump tapped out. It's a no brainer to go for this unit as it is made by VDO which is OEM.
Plenty of cheap units around but at this price you would need your head read to go for anything else! Next day delivery and on the road again!! Best option in town. Clickable, second to none!!
