Description
Having an M car means being able to enjoy a quick car without sacrificing any creature comforts. The accessory belt powers the air conditioning compressor, but can stretch under under engine load and crack with underbonnet heat. If your climate control isn't working well, this could be a good place to start. Manufactured by Continental, OEM supplier of drive belts to BMW.

If there's gas in the system and the belt isn't stretched, your A/C belt tensioner might need to be replaced.
