DESCRIPTION

The crankshaft position sensor monitors the speed at which the crankshaft turns. Correct readings are required to accurately adjust spark timing. If your sensor fails or is giving inaccurate and inconsistent readings, this will result in poor performance and fuel economy. This is an OEM sensor that has been repackaged by VEMO, allowing us to offer it for a fraction of the dealership price. Made in Germany.

Great OEM replacement part

My 2001 E53 X5 4.4i started to have cranking but no start issues. Thought it might be crankshaft position sensor, it ended being a bad fuel pump. Anyway, great OEM replacement part and it fitted like the original BMW part. Speedy delivery like always.
