The idler pulley runs on the main belt that drives the alternator and water pump, but over time these pulleys can wear out and create a snowballing of problems for the motor. Suitable for use on both mechanical and hydraulic tensioner systems, this pulley is manufactured by BMW supplier INA, and repackaged by IPD Germany.
