DESCRIPTION
This front brake pad wear sensor is the direct replacement for the original component used in BMW Z4 M models - both E85 Roadster and E86 Coupe. You can expect the same fit, form, and function —ensuring the dashboard brake warning light activates precisely when the pad thickness reaches the minimum safe limit.
The sensor is single-use—whenever you replace the front brake pads on your Z4 M, this sensor should be replaced as well to preserve correct warning light operation and system reliability.
HELPFUL TIPS
Only one brake pad wear sensor is required per axle. The pins in the wear sensors are quite fragile, so be careful during installation.PART NUMBERS
