A week in reflection

What an amazing start we’ve had at Clickable! I wanted to quickly reflect on the week that’s been and thank everyone for the overwhelming support, positive feedback, and time that you’ve given to share your thoughts and comments.

Now with a steady stream of orders going out across Australia, we’ve gained important insight into exactly what customers are after – and importantly, where we need to improve.

One area is, of course, customer confidence. Clickable will soon be a TRUSTe privacy certified site, and have VeriSign’s EV SSL Certificate (Extended Validation Secure Socket Layer – a mouthful, we know!) displayed on secure pages, such as login, checkout etc. You’ll notice this change with the green website address bar on secure pages and seal icons in the page footer.

The growth of the Facebook activity has been great to see. At the time of writing we now have 140 people that ‘Like’ our Facebook page. All in a little over a week. This must be what being one of the cool kids a school felt like. Nice.

I also wanted to extend our apologies in regards to the few bugs customers might have experienced – bugs that unfortunately weren’t noticed during our testing process. We are of course working busily to correct them and I hope customers will continue to call or email to us with their concerns and suggestions on ways we can make the website even better.

Lastly, I want to touch on the growing list of customers who have inquired about all the parts that we are yet to include in our store, but will be appearing with time. It’s clear that there is a big demand for us to broaden our product range to attempt to match our overseas competitors. While we feel it’s important to control the launch just at the moment, we’d love to continue sourcing the specific parts you need right now (wherever they happen to be) on an individual basis. Simply get in touch with us by sending through an email or giving our office a call – we look forward to hearing from you!
