Express Wishes
Customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do here at Clickable. We’re constantly reviewing our systems to try and find ways of making the process of buying BMW parts as easy as possible. One of the most vital aspects of any online business is how well delivery is fulfilled. We’re very aware that this is a matter of concern for many people, which is why we guarantee all deliveries. It’s also why we closely monitor the performance of the couriers we use.
In order to evaluate the best options and outcomes for delivery, we’ve been using three different courier companies for some time now. Though we’ve never been dissatisfied with any of the service provided, it’s clear that our clientele prefer the reliability and convenience of Australia Post’s express service for smaller items.
Australia Post allows us to deliver products the day after the order is made (if placed before midday) and to any address in the country that is within their express map -- including post office boxes. But we believe the greatest benefit of moving to Australia Post is the convenience of local pick-ups. It’s often easier to visit your local post office in your own time than it is to arrange for someone to be waiting at home to sign for your package. Having that flexibility of a local pick-up (especially when you consider most post offices are open on Saturdays) is a great options for our customers. And in the rare circumstance where you may have to return an item, we can arrange for this to happen through Australia Post so that you’re not inconvenienced further.
The move also allows us to increase our weight limits for overnight express service, meaning bigger and heavier items will now be delivered even quicker. For all other bulky items (such as fluids, larger suspension components, and brake discs for example), we use TNT for their reliable road delivery service. As always, we offer a $10 flat-fee for all items to anywhere in Australia.
Everything that we do here is under constant review, and this change will be monitored to ensure the transition goes as smoothly as possible for our customers. We’re confident our decision to move to Australia Post for all of our overnight orders will be a positive one. If you are ever in need of BMW parts in a hurry, or if you have any questions about how this change might affect your next order, we encourage you to get in contact with us.
