*Updated* Holiday Season Operating Hours 24/2025

The holiday season is almost here, and we’d like to keep you informed about our shipping and support schedule over the Christmas break.

Our priority (as always) is to have your order delivered promptly. Here’s how things will run this year:

• Order Fulfilment Before Christmas:

We’ll be fulfilling and dispatching orders as usual until close of business on Tuesday, the 24th of December. 

• Limited Dispatch Over the Break:

While our team will take a short break, we’ll still dispatch orders on Friday, the 27th of December to ensure minimal delays.

• Back to Normal in the New Year:

We will resume as normal from Thursday, the 2nd of January 2025.

Place Your Orders Early!

Our online store remains open 24/7, with stock automatically allocated to your order. Placing your order early ensures smooth dispatch and the best opportunity to get your order as soon as possible. 

Support During the Break

While our phones won’t be monitored during the holiday period, we’ll do our best to respond to emails. Response times may be slower than usual, so we appreciate your patience.

While order fulfilment and email support will resume as normal from Thursday the 2nd, phone support will start again from Monday the 13th. This will enable us to maintain our normal fast response times to emails and ensure orders are shipped on time.
