Special Order Service

Clickable has introduced a special program that gives our customers direct access to millions of unique parts through our global supplier network. We call this our Special Order Service.

Despite stocking more than 15,000 parts in our growing Melbourne distribution centre, you may find you need something that we don’t currently hold in our inventory. Through our Special Order Service, we can now supply a wide range of aftermarket parts to suit Australian-delivered European vehicles, as well as providing access to genuine OEM parts from BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche.

Please note that the Special Order Service is a new program, which means aspects are still being refined and developed, and for reasons outside of our control we cannot accept every order request. Please also understand that, as we have to liaise with our international partners and suppliers, our email response times may be longer than usual.

While special orders aren’t the core focus of what we do here at Clickable Automotive, our Special Order Service does mean our community can now order a much wider variety of parts for their European car. This is true global reach, with all of the benefits of buying from a local, trusted parts supplier.

    We always have, and we always will provide our customers with worldwide-competitive pricing. We’re here to help you avoid traditional markups you can often encounter with local suppliers. Let us take care of currency rates, bank fees, freight costs, and import taxes and duties. To make thing simple, we provide one easy-to-understand price in Australian dollars.

  • Local Knowledge

    Clickable prevents the headaches caused by ordering from overseas. Australian-delivered cars are often unique to our market, but our extensive knowledge means we know what to look for to ensure you get the right part for your vehicle. We also have experience with international freight, avoiding those nasty hidden charges. Our friendly staff are always here to answer your questions and provide you with industry-leading customer service.

  • Reliable Delivery

    We never drop-ship. Every part is sent directly to our Melbourne distribution centre, where it is inspected before being carefully and safely packaged and despatched with our trusted local freight carriers. As with all Clickable orders, everything comes with tracking, insurance, and can be delivered to your home, work, post office box, or parcel locker.

How it works:

  • Simply send us an email with the full details of your vehicle, the part you’re after, and how soon you need it. (And we always appreciate it when we receive the VIN, too.)

  • Once we have identified availability through our global supplier network, we will choose the best source, taking into account quality, price, and delivery time. When these factors have been determined, we will provide you with an estimated timeframe, as well as our best price delivered to you.

  • Though timeframes will vary for each item, typically it will take anywhere from two to six weeks from order placement to delivery. While some parts may be in stock overseas, we often source directly from the manufacturer, which means there may be a small delay before a batch of parts is ready to be shipped to us. Quick delivery to you is always our main aim, but we are unable to offer express international freight options through the Special Order Service.

  • When you are ready to proceed with an order, we can accept Paypal, credit or debit cards over the phone, or direct deposit. Due to these items being ordered especially for you, we do require payment in full.

  • Once payment has been received and an order has been confirmed with you, we will secure the parts and organise delivery. In order to minimise shipping costs to you, we will sometimes consolidate your order into one of our inbound freight shipments. As soon as we receive your items, we will check them, pack them securely, and ship your order to you with one of our local reliable delivery services.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • My car has broken down, can you get me the parts tomorrow?
    We can sometimes offer overnight express delivery for parts that we keep in stock at our Melbourne distribution centre, but unfortunately we do not offer express options for items ordered through the Special Order Service.

  • I’m willing to pay more, can I get faster international shipping?
    In order to keep costs low for you, we consolidate our international shipping with other orders.

  • I need something for my other car that isn’t a BMW, can you help?
    Absolutely. While BMWs are our main focus, we can source many aftermarket and OEM parts to suit your Audi, Volkswagen, Škoda, or Porsche.

  • How much is international freight and customs charges?
    To make things easy, we will provide you with a price that includes all freight charges, fees, taxes, duties, and local delivery. These prices vary depending on the size and weight of the items, their value, and where they are being sourced from. We will always do everything we can within the law to reduce the costs to our customers.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Unfortunately as all parts are specially ordered from international suppliers, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.

  • Do you offer returns or a warranty?
    We cannot accept any change-of-mind returns if ordered through the SOS program, but all items are backed by our 12 month warranty.

  • I read on the internet that I need this exact part number for my car. Can you get it for me?
    We have access to a huge catalogue of both aftermarket and genuine OEM parts. However, Australian-delivered cars can very often have different part numbers compared with those found overseas. Let us know what part you’re after, and we’ll find the right one for your vehicle.

  • How can I pay for my order?
    All payments are required in full at order placement. W accept payments via credit and debit cards over the phone, direct deposit, and Paypal.

  • What kind of quality are these parts?
    Clickable Automotive prides itself on finding the right balance between quality and value. We are not beholden to any particular brand, which gives us the freedom to cherry-pick from the best the world has to offer. We will never offer a product that we wouldn’t be happy to fit to our own cars. If you have any questions or preferences, we are more than happy to talk with you.

  • This part is so much cheaper than my dealership/local parts shop! Are these counterfeit? We never sell fake parts. We guarantee that all aftermarket parts, and all OEM parts from BMW, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Audi, are the real deal.

Special Conditions applying to the Special Order Service

  1. All prices, quotes, and estimates must be confirmed by a Clickable Automotive employee in writing prior to making an order. uotes are valid for 7 days from the time they are sent by Clickable.
  2. You are required to provide payment in full when placing an order. Clickable is not bound to place an order for any goods until full payment is received.
  3. Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it.
  4. Due to circumstances outside of our control, quoted delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
  5. We reserve the right to decline order requests or cancel orders at any time. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
  6. Clickable Automotive does not guarantee that products, which have been ordered based on part numbers that were supplied by you, will fit your car.
