DESCRIPTION

These rear bump stops are mounted at the top of the rear shock absorbers and are designed to cushion suspension travel under full compression. They protect the shocks from bottoming out and help maintain ride quality and component longevity — especially important on older or lowered vehicles.

Over time, original bump stops can degrade, collapse, or split entirely, particularly if the suspension has seen hard use or high mileage. Replacing them when installing new shocks or doing suspension work is highly recommended.
