DESCRIPTION

This front wheel bearing and hub assembly is designed for BMW E39 5 Series models and is supplied as a complete unit, including new mounting bolts for installation.

On the E39 platform, the front wheel bearing is an integrated hub assembly. As these cars age, it’s common for the original bearings to develop a droning or humming noise that increases with road speed, or a slight roughness when the wheel is rotated by hand. Once this starts, replacing the complete hub assembly is the correct and reliable repair.
