A Quick Update

So, it’s finally autumn! What better time to begin blogging and fill you in on all things Clickable.

The response since our launch last November has been exceptional. It will come as no surprise to hear that we’ve been up to an awful lot since then. In the coming months we will be refreshing the look of the website and overhauling its backend to clear up many useability, navigation and browser comparability issues that we’re currently limping around with. Creating a problem-free site isn’t nearly as straightforward as it should be (or we would like it to be!) and we’re sorry for any inconvenience. Maintaining the site’s usability is definitely a team effort, and we’re very thankful to all our customers who have given their time to let us know of a fault or who have suggested how we can improve our shopping experience. We like to think we’re good listeners ☺

Now with suppliers for over 30 of the highest quality brands like Textar, Zimmerman, Febi-Bilstein, MEYLE, Lemforder, and others, we are widening our product selection to cater for the other BMW models. In the meantime, for those makes and models we’re yet to cover: it’s important to note that we’re able to source parts for your Audi, BMW, VW and Mercedes at the same great prices we feature for the E46. Simply get in touch with us and we will see how we can help! We’re contactable by phone, email, fax, carrier-pigeon (that is, if you train the bird, and can wait long enough for us to figure out how to send it back to you!). No reason to be shy.

In January we moved our freight to TNT Express and have seen impressive results. Finding suppliers and service providers who can live up to our demands when it comes to reliability and speed is never an easy task. Unfortunately it can take a bit of trial and error to find the right fit. With TNT we’re now able to offer next day, time expected service to meet your exact needs. Basically, our goal is to get you the parts you need when and where you need them. We like to think that’s not too much to ask.

Let us know what you would like to see or hear about in the comments bellow. We’re all about blog suggestions!
