Due to the high temperatures and pressures that your BMW's cooling system endures, the plastic tanks and fittings on your 135i or 335i radiator can become quite brittle and crack. Over time, your radiator can also have its core damaged by stones and bugs, reducing the efficiency of the cooling system and causing leaks, both putting your engine at risk of overheating. Radiators should be replaced every few years as part of a good preventative maintenance schedule. Manufactured by original equipment supplier Mahle (BEHR).
