Description

The overflow expansion tanks are exposed to incredible heat and pressures, causing the plastic hose fittings and joints to crack without warning. Running low on coolant can cause your BMW to overheat, leading to expensive engine problems. With the high failure rate of these expansion tanks, we recognise that the market has been flooded with notoriously cheap aftermarket replacements. This is why we offer an expansion tank that has been manufactured by original equipment supplier Mahle.

Helpful tips

As the hose ports are plastic, it's best not to put too much pressure on them during installation. Be sure you have enough coolant on hand prior to starting the job.
