A 75W140 weight oil - This is the right and best fluid to use in your 1M, M3, Z4M, M5 and M6.

Had a noisy diff on my E46 M3 from using the wrong fluid.
Put this in it instead as recommended and problem solved.

And of course getting from clickable was easy as usual.
